This page covers paid access to ALLiN, which is run by ALLIN ASSISTANCE LLC. Buying a plan, or letting one renew, means you accept what is written here, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If any of it does not sit right with you, please do not buy a plan.

All purchases are made through the app store on your device. The store processes the payment under its own terms, and we never see your card details. Because of that, some things below, particularly cancellation and refunds, are handled by the store rather than by us, and we point you to the right place for each.

1. Disclaimers for paid features

Paid features, including advanced tracking, insights, analytics, extra content, and any enhanced blocking or support tools, exist for general educational and self help purposes only.

They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, counselling, or a professional recovery service, and paying for them does not change that. No relationship with a doctor, therapist, or counsellor is created by subscribing. Please see a qualified professional for advice about your own situation, and in a crisis contact your local emergency services or call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

No outcome is guaranteed. Paying does not make you more likely to stop gambling in any way we can promise. Results vary from person to person and depend on far more than an app. Nothing you pay for here should be the only thing standing between you and a bet, and the limits on what the blockers actually do are set out in section 15 of the Terms.

2. Before you can buy anything

ALLiN is not on the App Store or Google Play yet, so there is nothing to buy today and nobody has been charged. This page is here in advance so that none of it is a surprise on the day it launches, and we will update it and its effective date if anything below changes before then.

When it does launch, every payment is taken by your app store, never by us. No card number or billing detail passes through the app or reaches our servers. If a build ever cannot reach the store's purchase system, it tells you so on screen rather than pretending a purchase went through.

3. Plans and payment methods

There are three plans: an auto renewing monthly subscription, an auto renewing yearly subscription, and a one time lifetime purchase. Any of them gives you the whole app on every device signed into your account.

The launch prices in US dollars are $9.99 a month, $29.99 a year, and $49.99 once for lifetime. Prices in other countries are set by the app store's own currency tiers and will not be a direct conversion of those figures. Prices may also change over time, as described in section 7.

For each plan, the app and your app store show you, before you confirm anything: the name of the plan, the length of the billing period, the price for that period in your local currency, the length of any free trial and the price you will be charged when it ends, and the fact that it renews automatically until cancelled. The store's purchase screen is the authoritative price. If a number in the app ever disagrees with the number on the store's screen, the store's is the one you will be charged, and we would like to know about the discrepancy.

Purchases will be processed through the Apple App Store on iOS, charged to your Apple ID, and through Google Play on Android, charged to your Google Play account. Which methods are available depends on your device, your region, and store policy. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and where a change materially reduces what you are paying for we will give you notice.

4. Billing and auto renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. At the end of each billing period the store charges the plan's then current price for the next period, and by subscribing you authorise those recurring charges.

  • The store charges your payment method within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Your subscription is managed by your app store account, and you can see and change it there at any time.
  • Cancelling never ends your access early. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period, and then it simply does not renew.
  • Prices and any applicable taxes are those shown at purchase and at renewal. You are responsible for taxes that apply where you live.

5. Free trials

The monthly and yearly subscriptions start with a 3 day free trial. The lifetime purchase has no trial, because there is nothing to renew. The trial is an introductory offer run by your app store, and its exact length and the price you will be charged when it ends are both shown before you subscribe.

  • You get full access during the trial.
  • When the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and the store charges the displayed price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Cancelling during the trial keeps your access until its last day, and you are never charged.
  • Trials are once per person. Apple grants an introductory offer once per Apple ID for each subscription group, and the store, not us, decides who is eligible. If you have used a trial before, or have subscribed to ALLiN before, the store may not offer you another one, and your plan then starts as a paid subscription from the day you confirm it.
  • The app asks your store whether you are eligible and shows the trial only when the store confirms it. If the plan screen shows you a price with no trial, the store could not confirm that you are eligible. The store's own purchase screen is what counts: it always shows exactly what you will be charged, and when, before you confirm.
  • Buying the lifetime plan while a trial is still running does not end the trial on its own. Cancel the subscription through the store before the trial ends, or it converts and you are charged for it as well.

6. Managing and cancelling your subscription

Cancellation is handled by your app store, not inside ALLiN, and it takes a moment. On an iPhone or iPad:

  • Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  • Choose ALLiN, then tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store app under your account. On Android, use the Play Store app, then Payments and subscriptions.

Two things people get caught by, so we will say them clearly:

  • Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel through the store.
  • Deleting your ALLiN account does not cancel a subscription either. Cancel in the store first if you do not want another renewal.

After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

7. Price changes

We may change standard subscription prices for future periods. If a change affects an existing subscription, the store notifies you in advance and, where its rules or the law require, asks for your consent before the new price takes effect. If you do not want the new price, you can cancel before it applies.

8. Refunds

Because the store processes your payment, refunds follow the store's refund policy and are decided by the store, not by us. For purchases through Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your purchase history. For Google Play, use the Play Store's refund process.

Except where the store's policy or your local consumer law says otherwise, payments are non refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partly used periods. Deleting your account or simply stopping using the app does not entitle you to a refund.

If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. By starting to use a paid plan immediately you may be asked to agree that the service begins right away, which can end that right early. Your store handles this, and nothing here removes a right the law gives you.

If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us at admin@allinquit.com anyway. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves, but we will help you sort it out.

9. Restoring a purchase

If you change phones, reinstall the app, or lose access to a plan you paid for, you can restore it. The app provides a Restore purchases link on the plan screen shown during first run (under the plan terms, beside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links) and an Already subscribed? Restore purchase action in Settings under Subscription. Either one asks your app store what you own and reinstates it. Restoring uses the same store account you bought with, so make sure you are signed into that one.

If a restore does not bring back something you paid for, email admin@allinquit.com with the store receipt and we will sort it out.

10. Access after cancellation or expiry

When a subscription is cancelled or is not renewed, paid access ends at the end of the period you already paid for. There is no free version of the app.

Your data is not deleted and your streak is not reset. Your journal, your history, and your progress are kept. If you subscribe again later, or restore a purchase, everything is where you left it.

11. The lifetime plan

If a lifetime plan is offered and you buy it, it is a one time payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews and there are no further charges.

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the ALLiN service: full access for as long as we operate it, on the devices signed into your account. It is personal to you and cannot be transferred or resold. If we ever had to discontinue the Service, we would give lifetime purchasers reasonable notice and a fair opportunity to retrieve their data.

12. What appears on your statement

Your privacy extends to your bank statement, so here is exactly how this works, including the part we do not control.

The product is named ALLiN. Nothing in the product name, the store listing title, or the receipt mentions gambling, addiction, or recovery, so a receipt or purchase history does not reveal why you use the app.

The wording on your card or bank statement is set by the app store, not by us. For Apple purchases it is usually the store's own descriptor, such as APPLE.COM/BILL, which names no app at all. We cannot promise a specific descriptor, because it is not ours to set, and we would rather tell you that than make a promise that is not ours to keep.

13. Warranties and limitation of liability

PAID FEATURES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING AS TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, RESULTS, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OPERATION, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY HEALTH RELATED PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLIN ASSISTANCE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, GAMBLING LOSSES, DEBTS, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, MEDICAL COSTS, OR HARM CONNECTED WITH AN ADDICTION, ARISING OUT OF A SUBSCRIPTION, A PAID FEATURE, OR PAYMENT PROCESSING, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALLIN ASSISTANCE LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of paid features, your breach of these Subscription Terms, your reliance on the app for a decision about your recovery or your money, or a dispute with a payment processor or app store. This does not apply where the claim results from our own breach or negligence.

15. Changes to these subscription terms

We may update these Subscription Terms as plans and store rules evolve. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and no change will retroactively alter what you have already paid for.

16. Governing law and contact

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, and the dispute resolution provisions in section 24 of the Terms and Conditions, including the arbitration agreement, the class action waiver, and your right to opt out within 30 days, apply to them in the same way.
