Take your time with this page. Every tool in ALLiN exists because some moment in quitting demanded it, and we will tell you which moment as we go.
It starts by asking about you
The first time you open it, the app asks you real questions. What you play. When it gets bad. What it has actually been costing you. Nothing here is a personality quiz. Your answers set the money math on your dashboard, when the app checks in on you, and what it says when it does. Two people quitting the same thing rarely need the same help.
One promise, every morning
Each morning the app asks for one thing: hold the button and mean it for today. Not forever. Just today. Evenings are when it gets loud for a lot of us, so there is a second, quieter check-in at night if you want one. Both reminders are yours to set or silence.
The red button
It sits on your dashboard, big and red, one tap from anywhere. Press it and your front camera opens, so the first thing you see is your own face, not a betting line. Then the app stays with you: the why you wrote on a stronger day, the money you have kept, what this one bet would actually cost. And if the bet happens anyway, what follows is a reset, not a punishment.
Count the ones you beat
An urge you rode out deserves to be remembered. Log it in a few seconds, how strong it felt, what set it off, and the app starts drawing your pattern: the times, the places, the moods. On a bad day, that count is your receipts. You have outlasted this feeling before, and here is the proof.
A streak you can look at
Your clean time takes a shape. A living stone sits on your dashboard and changes as your streak grows, sixteen stones in all. Quartz on day 0, just for starting. Emerald after your first month. And when a whole year of ordinary days has stacked up, the Prism, the one that holds every color. These are the exact renders from the app.

Your money, finally sitting still
You tell the app what a typical session used to cost you. Every clean day, it adds up what you did not spend. That is the whole trick. No fantasy jackpots, no dressed-up projections, just a number that keeps growing because for once you did nothing at all.
The whole road, laid out
A ring fills toward your next stone, and a path lays out the milestones ahead. Alongside it there are sixteen badges, and none of them arrive for time passing. Each one is a tool you actually picked up: the night you wrote your why, the day you turned the blocker on, the first urge you logged instead of obeying. The sixteenth is the other fifteen, finished. A month of quiet effort should look like something. Here, it does.
How the games actually work
Eleven kinds of gambling, each with its real house edge and the details the ads leave out. Slots, roulette, blackjack, sports betting, poker, online casinos, crypto and day trading, lottery and scratch cards, baccarat, prediction markets. The odds were never an opinion, and seeing them written down plainly does something that arguing with yourself at midnight never did.
Alongside it sits the other half of the problem: the lies the game gets you to tell yourself. I am due. This one is gonna hit. I only need one more to get level. Twenty six of them, each pulled apart with the thought itself, why it is wrong, and where you will catch yourself saying it.
None of it fixes anything on its own, and we will not pretend otherwise. It just makes the story behind the next bet much harder to believe.

Make the bet harder to reach
The blocker is one shield on one screen, and behind it there are three layers. You can turn on as many as you want. The screen always tells you which ones are actually running, because a shield that says protected while nothing is blocked is worse than no shield at all.
1. Website Blocker
A filtering profile for the whole phone. Gambling sites stop loading in every browser, not just Safari, and inside other apps too. There is no list for you to build and no limit on what it covers. One thing to know: iOS does not let an app switch a system profile on by itself, so ALLiN sets it up and then shows you the two taps in your own Settings. It also means you can switch it off in there, which is exactly why the app watches for that and says so on the front screen instead of quietly claiming you are covered.
2. App Blocker
Apple's Screen Time puts a shield over the apps you choose. Open one of them and you get an ALLiN screen, our colors and our wordmark, not Apple's gray one: "This one stays closed." iPhone never tells an app which apps you picked, only how many, so ALLiN shows you a count and can never show you a list. There is also room for 50 sites by name on top, if you want specific ones named.
3. Permanent
This layer blocks nothing new. All it does is take away ALLiN's willingness to undo the first two, so there is no off switch left in here and nothing to talk yourself through at 2am. You type the words to turn it on, and after that you can keep adding apps and sites but you cannot take any back off. It is a promise this app keeps rather than a lock your phone enforces, and the screen says so: deleting ALLiN clears the shields it set, and the site filter can still be switched off in iPhone Settings. If you want something you cannot undo on your own, let someone you trust hold a Screen Time passcode.
Before the permanent layer is on, turning the blocker off means sitting through a thirty second wait first. That is not security and we do not sell it as security. It is the gap between the impulse and the action, put somewhere it counts.
All three layers are iPhone features today. Android does not offer an app the same controls, and rather than show you a shield that is holding nothing, the app on Android tells you straight that it cannot block yet. Everything else in ALLiN works on both.
Location Blocker
Then the places. The casino, the bookies on the way home, the shop with the scratch cards. Save one and your phone checks in with you while you are still outside, with a supportive line rather than a telling off. The places you save never leave your phone. Proximity is worked out by your phone's own geofencing, so we never receive where you are.
Coming soon
A browser extension for your computer, because a laptop at 1am is its own trap. It is not ready yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. You will hear it from us plainly when it ships.
Busy hands, quiet head
Most urges die in under ten minutes if you give them nothing to feed on. The games are for exactly those minutes. Eight of them: reaction tests, memory runs, and focus drills. Five are ranked against a published population curve, so you finish on a real percentile. The other three have no such curve, so they show your own best instead of a number we made up. Either way there is still something to chase, and chasing this one costs you nothing.
Slow everything down
An urge lives in your body. Fast heart, tight chest, hands that want to move. Box breathing gives you a square to trace and a count to follow, breath by breath. Four slow minutes will not fix your day, but they will usually outlast the urge.
Eight quiet places
Rain on a window. A fireplace. Waves on a beach, a thunderstorm, birds, a river, wind in the trees, and deep space. Put your headphones in, pick one, and give your head somewhere else to be while your nervous system catches up with your decision.
Write it down somewhere safe
A title and a blank page, no format to follow. Some entries will be rough nights. Some will be mornings you are proud of. And months from now, reading your own day 4 entry from day 90 will hit you harder than anything we could ever write.

People who get it
You show up as the name you picked, the handle underneath it, and the stone your streak is on. Nobody has a photo in here, avatars are icons you choose. There is one main chat that everybody is in, a feed for the longer posts with replies underneath, and groups and direct messages when you want a smaller room. Add friends by handle and they will notice when you go quiet.
Your journal, your urges, your money and your why are never shown to anybody. Your recovery numbers stay off your profile until you switch stat sharing on yourself. You can report any post, message or member, and you can block someone so neither of you sees the other again, which asks first and can be undone from your profile. Anyone in here selling picks or odds is the thing we are strictest about.
The smaller things you will find
None of these are headline features. Every one of them exists because a real moment in quitting needed it.
Your why
The reason you are doing this, typed in your own words on a clear day. It shows up on your dashboard, and again on the panic screen, which is the one place a sentence you wrote yourself beats anything we could write for you.
Lessons
Short reads on how gambling works on a brain and what actually helps. A few minutes each, grouped into chapters, with the read time on every one so you know what you are getting into.
Letter to future you
Write to yourself now, seal it, and choose when it comes back. Days, months, years. The clarity of early recovery is the first thing to fade, and it fades fastest late at night. Sealed letters never leave your phone.
Streak calendar
Every clean day filled in, month by month, with the slips marked honestly. Some days you need the number. Some days you need to look at the shape of it.
Goals
What you are working toward, kept where you can see it. The quiz gives you a starting list, and you can add your own or drop any of them whenever the answer changes.
Check-ins
You told us what gambling was doing to your sleep, your money and your head. Every so often the app asks which of those are still true, and shows you what has lifted since you started.
Reminders
A morning nudge for the promise and an evening one to make it again before bed, both at times you set. Every notification is scheduled by your own phone. There is no push server, so nothing about your recovery leaves the device to send one.
Personal bests
Your own board for the games, on your own phone. There is no global leaderboard on purpose, because ranking people in recovery against each other is the same loop this app is asking you to step out of.
The reset
If a bet happens, you tell the app and it walks you through it without a lecture. The counter restarts. Your best streak, your history and your money picture all stay, because those days really happened.
Private, portable, discreet
Your recovery is nobody's business but yours. We built the boring parts to respect that too.
Sync if you want it
Make a private account and your progress follows you to a new phone. Rather stay off the cloud entirely? The app works fully on your device alone.
Your data, your call
Erase all data wipes the phone and, if you are signed in, everything on our servers with it. Delete your account and the login goes too. Both live in Settings, no email needed. The details are in the Privacy Policy, and the support page walks you through it.

$9.99 a month, $29.99 a year, or $49.99 once for lifetime. The monthly and yearly subscriptions start with 3 days free for first-time subscribers, and lifetime has nothing to cancel. Your app store takes the payment, so the price it shows you in your own currency is the one that counts.
Your receipt just says ALLiN. Nothing in the listing or the receipt mentions gambling, quitting, or recovery, though the wording on a bank statement is set by the app store rather than by us. See the Subscription Terms.
